No. Clients receive a link via email. They can view, download, pay, and sign without creating an account.
Yes. Your data is fully isolated to your account — no other user can access it. This is enforced at the database level, not just in application code. Payment credentials (API keys for Razorpay, Stripe, and Cashfree) are stored in an encrypted secrets vault, not in code or config files. All traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS). Clorefy never stores card numbers — payments are processed directly by the payment provider.
